Order Execution & Client Operations Support
- Execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients promptly and accurately.
- Provide dealing services, client account management, and investment recommendations based on internal research.
Mobility for Marketing & Business Development
- Be prepared to travel or accept temporary assignments for marketing or client acquisition purposes.
- Represent the company professionally during roadshows, seminars and promotional events.
Data & Equity Market Analysis
- Analyse trade volume and value to identify trends and client behaviour.
- Benchmark performance against market standards and peer activity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of economic indicators, corporate developments, and technical market data to support informed investment and trading decisions.
- Continuously monitor local and global equity markets to identify emerging trends, potential risks, and investment opportunities.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share best practices and support other team members when needed.
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and risk departments to resolve trade issues.
Job Requirements
- Possess a recognised Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field.
- Possess a valid Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) Module 6 & 7.
- Preferably with 1-3 relevant working experience in equity dealing, brokerage or investment advisory.
- Exposure to marketing or business development activities is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of market structures, trading platforms and execution processes.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving trade discrepancies or client concerns.
- Proficient in interpreting market data, identifying trends, and providing well-informed investment recommendations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of integrity and maturity.
