Performance Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR/ER)
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution to ensure a respectful and compliant workplace. Provide guidance to managers and support fair enforcement of HR policies aligned with labour laws.
Employer Branding
- Build relationships with industry bodies and represent the company at external events to promote a positive employer image. Stay current with HR trends to enhance company visibility and competitiveness.
Learning & Development
- Design and implement training programs aligned with business goals and employee growth. Oversee the learning management system and continuously assess training effectiveness.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as wellness activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event coordination and impactful outcomes.
Talent Management
- Manage early career programmes including internships, management associate, and development programmes. Implement strategies for talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce development.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the annual performance review process and support employees and managers throughout. Analyse performance data to identify trends and improve performance management tools.
Staff Handbook
- Maintain and regularly update the Staff Handbook to reflect current policies. Ensure accessibility and proper communication of updates to all employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IR/ER, event management, training, employer branding, and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of labour laws, with experience handling employee misconduct, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Confident and engaging public speaker, able to capture and maintain audience attention in both structured and dynamic environments.
- TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certification by HRDCorp is an added advantage.
