Job Descriptions

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution to ensure a respectful and compliant workplace. Provide guidance to managers and support fair enforcement of HR policies aligned with labour laws.    
  • Build relationships with industry bodies and represent the company at external events to promote a positive employer image. Stay current with HR trends to enhance company visibility and competitiveness. 
  • Design and implement training programs aligned with business goals and employee growth. Oversee the learning management system and continuously assess training effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as wellness activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event coordination and impactful outcomes.
  • Manage early career programmes including internships, management associate, and development programmes. Implement strategies for talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Coordinate the annual performance review process and support employees and managers throughout. Analyse performance data to identify trends and improve performance management tools.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Staff Handbook to reflect current policies. Ensure accessibility and proper communication of updates to all employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IR/ER, event management, training, employer branding, and employee engagement.
  • Good understanding of labour laws, with experience handling employee misconduct, investigations, and workplace issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Confident and engaging public speaker, able to capture and maintain audience attention in both structured and dynamic environments.
  • TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certification by HRDCorp is an added advantage.
