Job Description
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with the COO and CEO to design and execute HR strategies that drive business performance and organizational growth.
- Translate business goals into actionable people plans across the Group.
- Serve as an advisor to senior management on organizational design, culture, and change management.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Lead recruitment strategy and execution across all subsidiaries to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession pipelines, and internal talent mobility.
- Implement structured selection and assessment processes to ensure quality hires.
Performance Management
- Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring alignment with company KPIs and objectives.
- Provide guidance to department heads on performance improvement, coaching, and development plans.
- Support a performance-driven culture through fair and transparent processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee compensation frameworks, benchmarking, and incentive programs to maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
- Manage payroll, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF), and employee benefits administration.
- Recommend policy updates based on market trends and business needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment built on trust, communication, and accountability.
- Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Drive engagement programs that enhance morale and reinforce company culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Lead process improvement, digitalization, and HR system enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR data, analytics, and reporting for management decision-making.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and implement Group-wide development programs for leadership and skill enhancement.
- Promote a culture of learning and professional growth aligned with the company’s vision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with operational agility and attention to detail.
