Job Description
User Support
- Provide technical assistance and support for all employees, primarily focusing on Windows-based laptops and desktops. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues.
Network & Connectivity
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN access, and firewall settings to ensure seamless network performance for all users.
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of IT assets including laptops, phones, and accessories.
- Assist in setup and deployment of new devices.
- Oversee IT- related inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing.
Others
- Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, audits and deployment.
- Support superiors with other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot IP phone systems and devices, ensuring reliable communication for the team.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, which is preferred.
- At least 0–3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, particularly in IT operations support, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring smooth IT infrastructure performance.
- Fresh graduates with an IT background are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365.
- Familiar with Windows, Linux and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Understanding of firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint management.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced.
