Team Lead/Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Job Description

  • Extract, collate and analyse financial, economic and other information from annual reports, announcements, and other publicly available sources.
  • Lead the team to prepare presentation papers and pitch books.
  • Lead the team to originate and structure proposals to be presented for discussion with clients.
  • Lead and assist to draft applications, notices, announcements, circulars, and prospectuses, ensuring disclosures comply with listing and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure successful execution of mandates within statutory, regulatory, and compliance parameters.
  • Support the team in conducting due diligence and verifying data, statements, and other information to be disclosed in relevant documents to ensure their validity, accuracy, completeness, and that they are not misleading.
  • Possess and be able to maintain close working relationships with regulators.
  • Guide and mentor team members in relation to the execution of mandates.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Actuarial Science / Economics / Engineering / Law or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Candidates with relevant working experience and possess skills in corporate finance/accounting/valuation (business or properties) have an added advantage.
  • At least 3 – 10 years relevant working experience in corporate finance and/or external auditing.
  • Holder of CMSRL for advising on corporate finance preferred.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, result oriented mindset, positive attitude with high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Well organised, meticulous, detailed oriented with strong computing skills (minimum Words, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written and proficient in other languages will be an added advantage.
