Job Descriptions
Driving
- Safely transport the director to meetings, events and other destinations as required.
- Ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition, including regular checks, cleaning and maintenance.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes, considering traffic laws and time constraint.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of the director at all times by maintaining excellent driving skills.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all conversations or information, refraining from sharing any details with others, including other drivers.
Dispatching Documents
- Dispatch and deliver important office documents, packages, or staff-related materials to designated locations.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of dispatched items, keeping records of deliveries and receipts.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments for document signing or approvals.
General Support
- Ensure the director’s office and vehicle are organized and well-maintained.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or errands that may arise as needed.
- Provide assistance to other staff members in urgent situations when required.
Job Requirements
- SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in driving.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Office Assistant.
- Possess good driving and dispatch skills.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Able to maintain a high level of security and confidentiality.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in one or more local languages is an added advantage.
