Job Descriptions

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Preparations of relevant forms for submission to regulator/SSM.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, board papers, minutes, and resolutions for board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings. Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Coordinator for Board of Director’s meeting papers.  
  • Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and Bursa Malaysia.
  • Coordinator for filing of statutory returns and compliance with all secretarial duties.
  • Assist in implementation of corporate governance practices and policies. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Handle shareholder correspondence and queries. Assist in the organization and management of AGMs and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs)
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records and handling correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Company Secretary or senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a recognised Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Public Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidate pursuing CGQP or MACS Professional Examinations are encouraged to apply.
  • With 1 or 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial works.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • MS Office (Words, Powerpoint and Excel) literate.
  • Good command of language in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proactive, independent and good interpersonal skill.
