Order Execution & Client Operations Support

• Handle, oversee and execute buy/sell orders on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner.

Mobility for Marketing & Business Development

• Willing and able to travel or accept temporary transfers to support marketing initiatives, client acquisition or business development activities.
• Represent the company professionally during roadshows, seminars and promotional events.

Equity Market Analysis

• Analyze economics indicators, corporate news and technical data to support investment decisions.
• Monitor local and global equity markets closely to stay informed on market movement and trends.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Share best practices and support other team members when needed.
• Liaise with relevant internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Risk) to investigate and resolve trade discrepancies or disputes efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognised Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or any related field.
• Must possess a valid Capital Markets and Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) Module 6 & 7.
• Preferably with 1-3 relevant working experience in equity dealing, brokerage or investment advisory.
• Exposure to marketing or business development activities is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of market structures, trading platforms and execution processes.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving trade discrepancies or client concerns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High degree of integrity and maturity.
