Job Description
Campaign Management
- Manage marketing campaigns and identify key marketing themes/activities that promote the products and services of the company to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop monthly marketing calendars outlining strategic activities, relevant departments are responsible to provide content for marketing and media relations activities.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth content delivery across social media platforms.
- Implementing social media campaigns that drive traffic, increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Establish and understand social media strategies and evaluate the return on investment (ROI)
- Complete design tasks as assigned by the due date.
Social Media Management
- Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
- Launch and optimize online advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze target audiences to determine the best social media channels for engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and implement improvements.
- Handle photo and video shooting to create engaging content for social media.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website and social media content for better visibility.
- Conduct SEO audits to identify and resolve search performance issues.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates).
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Web Analytics
- Set up and measure digital marketing performance using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WebTrends.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Generate detailed reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Marketing & Communications
- Manage the Marketing & Communications SharePoint and Apex Securities Website, ensuring content is updated and relevant.
- Oversee the creation and circulation of Apex News and update press releases/coverage sections.
- Coordinate event information and provide timely updates.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Canva, Illustrator, video shooting, and editing is an advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking skills.
